New design permits have been filed for 1220 H Street in Downtown Sacramento, a planned mixed-use building with adaptive reuse of a brutalist facade. The alteration brings 28 new units, making this a 137-unit development. Cliff Orloff of Orloff Property Management Inc. is responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed to convert a 6400 square foot commercial structure into a 10-unit multi-family apartment building at 1517 E Street, Downtown Sacramento. also have parking on two parcels approximately 0.30-acres in area. The proposed building will have a load of 32 occupants and is being designed by M. Higginbotham Architect.
New building permits have been filed for a mixed-use building at 714 14th Street in the Mansion Flats neighborhood of downtown Sacramento. The lot is less than ten minutes from the city’s central California State Capitol Park. The project will add both residential and small-scale office space to an active neighborhood currently covered with surface parking.
