New renderings have been revealed for a two-story affordable infill at 2314 Northview Drive in the River Gardens neighborhood of North Sacramento. The project will replace a vacant plot of land with 67 new homes. Excelerate Housing Group is the property owner.
Permits have been approved For Mirasol Village Block D, a five-structure portion of the Mirasol Village masterplan at 1381 Swallowtail Avenue in Sacramento’s River District. The latest permit shows Block D is expected to add 116 new units and an early childhood education center. The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency is the property owner and project lead.
McCormack Baron Salazar and the Sacramento Housing Redevelopment Agency, or SHRA, have submitted the design review application for Block D in their five-phase redevelopment of the former Twin Rivers site. Block B will consist of six structures with over a hundred units by 1381 Swallowtail Avenue, in Sacramento’s River District. The project is redeveloping a former Twin Rivers public housing site.
Renderings have revealed plans for a mixed-use affordable housing project at 5700 Stockton Boulevard in Fruitridge Manor, Sacramento. The project will fill the former San Juan Motel site, which was demolished almost a decade prior. Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency recently selected Mutual Housing California to be responsible for the development.
