Six new-building permits have been filed for multi-family townhouses along Meadow Run Walk in the Edgeview at The Cove development in Natomas, Sacramento. The buildings are along the same road, with addresses at 3050, 3056, 3062, 3068, 3074, and 3080 Meadow Run Walk. Thirty-six units will be produced in total from this one-day batch of permits, just a fraction of the total 590 units to be built in The Cove. Beazer Homes Holdings LLC is the developer.
The Meadow Run Walk townhouses will be part of the Edgeview at the Cove townhomes area. Within Edgeview, 156 units will be produced across 26 three-story structures. Apartment floor plans will range in size from 1,640 to 1,820 square feet. Two of the six residencies will have a private balcony on the second and third levels.
Jeffrey DeMure & Associates, or JDA Architects, is responsible for the design. The buildings will don two styles evoking California’s colonial history, modern Prairie and Modern Farmhouse. Colonial nostalgia is a popular trope for developers in the Bay Area and Sacramento. The facades will be clad with stone, stucco, and Aged cedar wood.
An estimated completion date has not been announced, though construction is already underway on phase one.
