Development permits have been filed for demolishing a single-family dwelling unit on 576 27th Avenue in Outer Richmond, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the demotion of the single-family residence and the construction of a four-story residential building with two units and two off-street parking spaces. The parcel is located on the east side of 27th Avenue Geary Boulevard and Anza Street. SIA Consulting is managing the design and construction of this project.
The proposed building is approximately 4,721 square feet in size. Two bicycle spaces are also planned.
The neighborhood is a walker’s paradise with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The location is serviced by MUNI lines like 1, 29, 38, and 38R. An estimated completion date has not been announced yet.
A Conditional Use Authorization request has been submitted and is proposed for Continuance to February 4, 2021. On Thursday, January 7, 2021, at 1 PM, the San Francisco Planning Commission held a meeting to decide on the construction permits. At the meeting, the commission agreed on approving the project authorization. Details of the meeting can be found here.
