Just over three months after permits were originally filed, the city of Dublin has approved the construction for a new batch of single-family houses in the Knolls at Tassajara Hills in Dublin, Alameda County. Nineteen permits were approved and issued along Delamar Drive and Lembert Hills Drive. Toll Brothers is responsible for the 258-unit development.
The nineteen houses will range in size from 3,550 to 4,420 square feet. Between the two-story dwelling spaces, parking garage, decks, and patio, the combined construction value of this lot will be $10.8 million. KTGY Architects is responsible for design with architecture ranging from Tuscan to Spanish and Chateau. The firm writes that they intend to reflect an Italian hillside village’s aesthetic, though the wide vehicular infrastructure requirements impede this aesthetic. Facades will vary in material use, ranging from stone to bricks and wood.
The current map shows 258 units are to be constructed, though they can build another 113 houses for a total of 371.
The site is a 25-minute bicycle ride away from the Dublin / Pleasanton BART Station.
