Residential home builders Landsea Homes, announced today the acquisition of 182 homesites at the Alameda Marina master-planned community in Alameda, California. The project proposed at the site will offer townhomes for sale in two different neighborhoods. The city specifically designated Alameda Marina LLC for mixed-use redevelopment as well as multifamily housing.

The project site complements the region’s historic Marina Waterfront. The island-inspired homes will be placed in the market by summer 2022. Fifteen percent of the total 182 homes will be offered under the county of Alameda’s affordable housing program.

Each home will feature an outdoor porch and a deck. Some floor plans will offer private rooftop deck space with expansive views of the marina.

The second neighborhood, Waterside, will include 84 homes with four different plans ranging from 2,138 square feet to 2,689 square feet. Each home will have three-and-a-half to four bathrooms, a private rooftop deck with a waterfront view.

Residents will also have access to bike trails, walking paths, paddleboat opportunities, waterfront dining, and outdoor activities.
