Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 136 Delmar Street in Ashbury Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a three-story two-family dwelling. Plans also call for the demolition of the existing one-story single-family residence.

The Armour-Chorebanian Family Revocable Trust is the project applicant. David Armour Architecture is responsible for the design concepts and construction.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 2,125 square feet. The project will bring a new three-story two-family residence with a basement. The residence will feature one four-bedroom unit and one one-bedroom unit. The total residential built-up area is 3,947 square feet. The residence will also be equipped with a one-car garage.

The project is under the review process, and San Francisco Planning Commission has scheduled a meeting today at 1:00 PM, details of which can be found here.

The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.

The project is located toward the east side of Delmar Street, between Frederick and Piedmont Street.

  2. Hopefully the parking space is equipped for numerous bike spots with accessibility for charging of e bikes.
