A preliminary design review is pending for a residential complex proposed at 300 Mosley Avenue in Alameda. The proposed project involves the development of a residential complex with additional units. Existing units will be demolished or replaced.
Carmel Partners LLC is the property owner. Degen & Degen Architecture and Interior Design is managing the design concepts and construction.
The project site spans an area of 15 acres. Named Admirals Cove Infill, the project proposes to bring 200 residences in a multi-family residential community spanning an area of approximately 263,000 square feet. The residences will be offered as a mix of 167 market-rate units, 14 moderate-income units, and 18 low-income units. Plans will be offered as a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Parking space with a capacity of 204 vehicles will be developed on the site.
The residential community will offer 4-plexes and 6-plexes rental homes along with storage and residential amenities. The six-story structure will feature balconies for all residences. Onsite amenities include well-landscaped areas, a pool deck, and a side garden.
The project is under review and a construction timeline has not been announced yet.
