Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project proposed at 10550 International Boulevard in Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of two five-story residential buildings.
AMG & Associates, LLC is the project applicant. Oakland Pacific Associates is the property owner. AO Architects is responsible for the design concepts and Thomas H. Phelps is the landscape architect.
The property lot spans an area of 46,962 square feet. The project will bring a new residential development featuring 207 dwelling units in two building rising to a level of five floors each. The residences will be offered as a mix of 41 moderate-income and 164 low-income units. Two market-rate units will also be developed. The project will yield a total residential area of 114,734 square feet. The building facade will rise to a height of 66 feet.
The project is in the third phase; the previous two phases were for 324 affordable senior units (complete) and 69 affordable senior units (approved).
