Permits Have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 679 El Camino Avenue in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a new duplex apartment to replace the existing building that was destroyed a couple of years ago.
The project site is a vacant parcel spanning an area of 6,098 square feet. The project will bring a duplex apartment complex offering residential units. Each unit will have three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a one-car garage that can be accessed from the alley.
The estimated cost of construction is $3,75,000. The property site is located in a residential neighborhood, close to various grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The project applications have been submitted and are pending review. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
