Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project at 5484 Bancroft Avenue in Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of a new three-unit residential facility, replacing an existing single-story 3,112 square-foot non-residental building damaged in a fire.
Elpidio Ramos is the project applicant.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 5,768 square feet. The project will bring a new one-story residential facility offering three units. The building will yield a total residential area of 2,537 square feet. The residential units will be offered as three two-bedroom units. The residence will have a front-side uncovered parking area for three vehicles.
The property site was sold for $475,000. The project application has been submitted and an estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
