Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential development at 6700 Charing Cross Road in Oakland. The project proposal inclues the development of a new two-story residence. The permits includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work in the residence as well.
The project proposes to bring a new double-story residence to a vacant down slope property lot. The double-story construction will house four bedrooms, yielding a total residential built-up area spanning 2,459 square feet.

The construction of the project is valued at $700,000. The project applications have been submitted and are pending review. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
