A new residential project has been planned at 102 East Fremont Avenue in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use townhouse community, redeveloping the western portion of the Fremont Corner shopping center. Plans call for subdivision of the parcel into five lots.
The True Life Companies is the project applicant. Fremont Corners Inc is the property owner. SDG Architects is responsible for the design. R3 Studios is the landscape architect.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 1.81 acres. The mixed-use village center will feature commercial space spanning an area of 3,384 square feet. The community will feature 35 four-story townhome-style condominiums with parking. As reported earlier, the townhomes will span an area of 72,160 square feet, with 55,930 square feet of habitable space. Parking will be provided for 100 vehicles. Each apartment will have a two-car garage at ground level.
Site improvements include developed common public open spaces. An application has been filed, and a review meeting has been scheduled for tomorrow, June 27, at 7 PM, details of joining can be found here.
The Sunnyvale Caltrain station is 12 minutes away, using the VTA Bus Rapid Transit stop just across the street from project site.
