A new affordable housing project has been proposed for development at 7243 Power Inn Road in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story building offering residential units.
Anton DevCo. is the project developer. Architecture Design Collaborative is responsible for the designs.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 7.48 acres. Named Anton Mosaic, the multifamily housing project will feature 194 units in a three-story building. The units will range from one to three bedrooms, with rents aimed at people making 30% to 70% of area’s median income, or $30,390 to $70,910 for a family of four.
Proposed onsite amenities include a clubroom, fitness center, playground, barbecue areas and a “splash pad.” Each unit will have energy-efficient appliances, while the overall development will have solar power, electric vehicle charging and eco-friendly landscaping.
The developer states that the location is an excellent choice for both the community and future residents. Pacific Housing Inc. will team with Anton DevCo to provide resident services, such as after-school classes, workforce development training and health and wellness programs.
The project site was bought for $1.225 million, records show. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
