Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project at 721 3rd Street in West Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story residential building offering residential units and underground parking.
Fulcrum Properties and Fairfield Residential are the project developers.
On West Sacramento’s riverfront, two projects with entitlements in place may get a kickstart in upcoming months; River One by Fulcrum and River II by Fairfield Residential. River One has had building permits from the city since last year.
Design review is pending for Rive One, a five-story residential building with 95 market rate apartments built above an underground parking garage. The building spans an area of 132, 960 square feet and includes 61 parking stalls. The residential units will be developed as a mix of 17 studio units, 43 one-bedroom units, and 35 two-bedroom units.
According to Construction Journal, a website for bidding on upcoming projects, the project has received all of its entitlements. A pre-construction general contractor has been selected. A timeline for construction has yet to be announced. The estimated project cost is listed as $70 million.
