New plans have been filed for Ventris Place, a suburban expansion at 6441 Jacinto Avenue in Sacramento’s Valley Hi / North Laguna neighborhood. The project will reshape five acres with 37 single-family homes. Next Generation Capital is the project sponsor.
The single-family homes will cover 3.9 acres of the five-acre project. Homes will range in size with three different floorplans. Of the 37 units, seven will offer 1,460 square feet, 15 units will span 1,680 square feet, and 15 units will span 1,840 square feet each. All houses will have a two-car garage, a covered patio, and a porch.
Jeffery DeMure + Associates is responsible for the design. Architecture styles are typically uninventive for suburban housing, utilizing the familiar residential vernacular propagated by local design guidelines. Minor decorative alterations will distinguish farmhouse and cottage-style facades.
Jacobs Engineering Group is the engineer. SKK Development is sponsoring the development for Ventris Place LLC, connected with a San Ramon-based individual. The estimated cost and timeline for construction have yet to be established.
