A new residential project has been planned for development at 1601 69th Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a new affordable housing project consisting of a multi-family building offering affordable units.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 40,510 square feet. Named River City Affordable Apartments, the project will bring 90 apartments at affordable rates. Planning documents have been submitted for review. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
The project site is walking distance to the SMUD, CSUS campus, University/65th Street Light Rail, new Student Housing projects, Restaurants & other retail uses.
