A preliminary application has been submitted seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 1421 92nd Avenue in Webster, Oakland. The project proposal includes the conversion of a non-residential building to be setup as a residential building offering live-work units.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 9,105 square feet. The scope of work includes the conversion of an existing two-story warehouse on the site into a residential building, offering ten live-work units. The unit sizes will vary from 800 square feet to 1,000 square feet. The new building will yield a total built-up area measuring 10,448 square feet. It also contains addition of an exit staircase, along with upgrading the entries, restrooms, parking stalls, and utilities.
