Development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a new residential project at 463 27th Avenue in Fruitvale, Oakland. The project proposal includes the renovation of an existing two-story building to create a three-story single-family residence.
EmmeDue Architecture is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work includes the renovation of an existing two-story structure with a small dwelling unit on ground level and a full second-level single-family residence. Proposed new construction comprises an addition of a third-level, resulting in a three-story structure with three single-family apartments. One apartment will be located at each level.
The project will bring an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) on the ground level, along with interior remodeling on first level. One elevator will be added to the project and vertical addition is proposed on the second level.
A project review meeting has been scheduled to discuss the project details. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
