A new residential project is proposed for development on a vacant parcel located along Avenue Alhambra in El Granada. The project proposal includes the construction of a new residential building offering multi-family residences, single-family units, and detached Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU).
Harvest Construction is the project developer.
The scope of work includes the construction of a new three-unit three-story apartment building with an attached Accessory Dwelling Unit spanning an area of 470 square feet. The residential building will also feature a five-car garage parking.
A project application has been submitted, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. The vacant parcel is located between 509 and 523 Avenue Alhambra.
