The scope of work includes the construction of a new single-family home with an Accessory Dwelling Unit. The project proposes a parcel split; the site houses an existing single-family dwelling (161 Scenic Avenue). The new residence will be constructed on the new lot. The new property is proposed to have the address 151 Scenic Avenue.
The project is submitted under SB9 as it is a ministerial lot split and two-unit housing development application.
A project application has been submitted, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
