Preliminary permits have been filed for a three-story workforce housing project at 1511 Del Paso Boulevard in Old North Sacramento. The proposal aims to bring several dozen apartments to a burned-down commercial site. Rhosha Partners LLC is listed as the property owner.
The proposal will create a three-story apartment building rising from the now-empty lot. The building is expected to yield around 53 units, with designed to be affordable to workforce households, according to the application. The existing surface parking lot on-site will remain through construction. Further details about the proposal, such as the unit types, architecture, or amenities, have yet to be published.

The half-acre property is located at the corner of Del Paso Boulevard and Grove Avenue. The site is along the southern end of the Del Paso commercial thoroughfare.
Rhoda Santamaria is listed as the CEO of the Sacramento-based Rhosha Partners LLC. The estimated cost and timeline for construction have yet to be established.
