The new Parkline Project is a planned multi-use development located at 333 Ravenswood Avenue in Menlo Park. The project is a redevelopment of the existing SRI International campus, a research non-profit affiliated with Stanford University. The project will expand upon the existing 287,000 square feet of space, bringing the site total to approximately 925,000 square feet of offices, 75,000 square feet of retail/amenity space, and up to 800 new residential units.
SRI International originally floated the idea of campus redevelopment in 2021, with previous plans to create new office and residential space on site. While initial plans stalled, a revised plan for the site is now in the works with the help of the developer Lane Partners. The new plan will reduce the amount of office space from the initially planned 1,379,550 square feet, while increasing the number of residential units significantly.
ICE Design Inc. is responsible for compiling the Final Environmental Impact Report submitted to CEQA. However, specific architectural plans have not yet been released for the project. General site plans and massing reveal a combination of single-family homes and multi-unit buildings comprising the residential portion of the site. The maximum height of the residential building will range from 2 to 6 stories. Meanwhile, the office buildings will occupy the central portion of the campus, ranging from 4 to 5 stories in height.

The proposal creates a balanced neighborhood in the heart of Menlo Park. Tennents will be adjacent to the Menlo Park downtown and Caltrain station. Surface parking will be replaced, and new paths will offer increased connectivity with the wider neighborhood, emphasizing cyclists and pedestrians.
