Notice of Determination Gives CEQA Approval to Revised Parkline Project in Menlo Park

The new Parkline Project is a planned multi-use development located at 333 Ravenswood Avenue in Menlo Park. The project is a redevelopment of the existing SRI International campus, a research non-profit affiliated with Stanford University. The project will expand upon the existing 287,000 square feet of space, bringing the site total to approximately 925,000 square feet of offices, 75,000 square feet of retail/amenity space, and up to 800 new residential units.

Permits Filed for New Mixed Use Development at 6500 San Pablo Avenue in Oakland

A formal building worksheet has been submitted for a proposed development at the former site of the historic “Trader Vic’s” in North Oakland. Once redeveloped, the 6500 San Pablo Avenue property is to become a 5-Story mixed use building, with 10 residential units spread across the upper 4 stories, and a ground floor commercial space.

Construction will bring two new units to the low-density area sandwiched between the Golden Gate Park and Twin Peaks. ICE Design Inc. is responsible for the architecture.
