A Notice of Exemption was filed for the proposed project at 845 Stewart Drive, bringing the site closer to construction. The planned development would bring 28 new townhome-style condominiums to Sunnyvale. Developers City Ventures are responsible for the project.
The townhomes are to be grouped into four buildings, each containing two or more attached units. All buildings will have a three-story design, with private entryways on the ground floor for each unit.

Ascent Architecture is responsible for overseeing the final building designs. Renderings submitted with the notice show a pearly white façade color accented by wood paneling and grey shingled roofing materials.

The project is located at the corner of Steward Drive and De Guinge Drive in a part of Sunnyvale located between the Caltrain Tracks and Highway 101. Currently, the site is occupied by a small office structure, which would be demolished to make way for the new project.
