Updated plans have been filed for a small residential development at 886 Union Street in Russian Hill, San Francisco. The proposal would replace a single-story garage behind an existing apartment building with a four-story duplex. Robert Gilson of Gentle Sky LLC is responsible for the application and filing on behalf of the property owner, TJH Construction.
