Planning permits have been filed for three tri-story residential apartments at 144, 146, and 148 Log Pond Lane in Upper Land Park, Sacramento. The development will add 84 new units across 1.6 acres of land, just thirty minutes walk from the city’s downtown core. Jeffrey Demure Associates are listed as responsible for the design.
Curiously, Jeffrey Demure Associates are also involved with the mid-density Mill at Broadway development, an 800-apartment project, for which permits encompassing 216 units were filed last September.
The project is split with 24 units in 144 and 146 Log Pond Lane, while 148 Log Pond Lane will yield 36 units. A combined built area produces around 67,100 square feet for residential use, with no mixed-use on site. The combined value of these permits is upwards of $4 million.
While the permit is just thirty minutes walk or twelve-minute bike from the city center, the 11 Bus line also provides service to the area. While construction has already begun for nearby development, an estimated completion date has not been announced for the Log Pond Lane projects. Wells Construction Inc will be involved.
