A new residential project has been proposed for development at 1740 Fillmore Street in Japantown, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a four-story residential building on a vacant site.
The project proposes to bring three residential units into a four-story building. The building will yield a total built-up area spanning 3,777 square feet.
A preliminary application has been submitted for review. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
