A multi-family residential building is available for sale at its property site at 1174-1178 Folsom Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the sale of a multi-family residential building built in 2021.
Greenseed Folsom Land LLC is the property owner. The City and County of San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing has submitted a proposal to purchase the residential complex. The project is designed by David Baker Architects.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 8,000 square feet. Named OME, the residential complex includes 42 studio units, 5,720 square feet of commercial office space, three ground floor retail spaces, and a 2,168 square feet lower-level office-storage space. The total built-up area spans 41,699 square feet.
The scope of the application does not entail any structural changes to the building, adjacent streets or public infrastructure. A General Plan Referral has been submitted. ŌME is a luxury residential-retail facility that completed construction in Spring 2021. The property site is located at the intersection of Clementina Street and Folsom Street in South of Market (SoMa).
The project site is located near various restaurants, stores, recreational spaces, and transit options from MUNI and BART.
