Laborer’s Union Housing Project has been proposed for development at Westside Drive in San Ramon. The project proposal includes the construction of multiple two-story single-family units.
Northern California Laborers, PTF LLC is the property owner.

Parking will be provided in two- and three-car garages for the 21 single-family units and within one- and two-car garages for the attached multi-family units.
Primary access to the project site is proposed via a private road from Westside Drive. The project proposal will incorporate a future trail connection from Centennial Park to open space within the project area.

The site is surrounded by lush grassy hills and single-family residences to the north, an existing Laborer’s Union training facility and Centennial Park to the south, single-family residences to the east and open space to the west.
