Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for construction at 3800 Whittle Avenue in Dimond District, Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of a fourplex residential building.
Robotic Vector Control is listed as the project applicant.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 8,760 square feet. The scope of work includes the construction of a two-story residential building offering four dwelling units. The project site will feature 825 square feet of open landscaped area. The building height will rise to 30 feet and yield a total built-up area of 6,400 square feet. The dwelling units will be three-bedroom floor plans.
The project site was previously occupied by a 480-square-foot residence that was listed for sale in 2022. The project site sits in the middle of other multifamily properties.
A project application has been submitted, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
