A new residential infill project has been proposed for development at 4 Solvang Court in Sacramento. The project proposal includes a residential subdivision of 60 lots; 12 common lots and 48 single-family homes.
Avdis & Cucchi, LLP is listed as the applicant. Dahlin Group is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 3.16 acres. The proposed housing development will bring 48 dwelling units spanning a total built-up area of 90,171 square feet. The unit sizes will range from 1,702 square feet to 1,967 square feet.
A total of 100 parking spaces are also proposed on the site.
An SB330 application has been submitted, which prohibits a local agency from disapproving, or conditioning approval in a manner that renders infeasible, a housing development project for very low, low-, or moderate-income households or an emergency shelter unless the local agency makes specified written findings based on a preponderance of the evidence in the record.
Private onsite grading, common underground utility, pavement, irrigation, and landscape site work are also proposed. The project site is located at the northeast corner of Bruceville Road and Jacinto Road, in Elk Grove, south of Sacramento.
The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
