A new residential project has been proposed for addition and renovation at 77 Broad Street in Ocean View, San Francisco. The project proposal includes vertical and horizontal addition to an existing residence.
Zone Design Development is the responsible for the designs.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 3,750 square feet. The scope of work includes the horizontal expansion of the existing residence resulting in addition of three units. The new residence will offer a total of four units as a mix of one existing unit, two new units, and one ADU. The new residence will span an area of 9,850 square feet. The building height will also increase from 23 feet to 40 feet.

A project application has been submitted, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
The project site is located in a residential neighborhood in Ocean View.

I believe that views are not protected in Calif. RealEstate. I have been selling ocean view homes for 40 years. New project in SF will be wonderful 4 units . Nearby SF neighbors are upset since they will lose some part of their ocean views. Very much anti- YIMBY.
Sorry to say this, but looks like the backside of the house not the front?, would be nice to see a floor plan.
