New designs have been revealed for a new 100% affordable housing project opposed for development at 3265 El Camino Real in Palo Alto. The project proposal includes the construction of a six-story building offering affordable housing options.
Half Dome Capital is the project developer. Trachtenberg Architects is responsible for the designs. Inside Out is listed as the landscape architect.

Th project site is a narrow parcel spanning an area of 0.17 acres. The scope of work includes the construction of a new six-story 100% multi-family housing development offering 55 dwelling units. The building offer space for a lobby and parking on the ground floor.

Previously, the developer proposed a five-story affordable housing infill for public school educators.
