Planning permits have been filed for a new apartment complex at 366 Silver Eagle Road in the Strawberry Manor neighborhood of Sacramento. The limited information about the plans shows that the developer is looking to add several dozen units to a mostly vacant lot across from the Robertson Community Center. Dhami Jatinder Singh is listed as the property owner.

The recent application states that construction will add 54 multi-family residential units. It is unclear whether the project will be a townhouse development or a podium-style complex. The property owner is based in Modesto.

Strawberry Manor is an old rural area in northern Sacramento. Today, the neighborhood is dominated by single-family housing and some agriculture. The roughly 1.8-acre property is located across from Charles Robertson Park and the Robertson Community Center. The site is close to a corner grocery store, one of the few commercial shops within walking distance of the site.

The estimated cost and timeline for construction have yet to be shared.
