3.56 acres. The complex will produce 127,660 square feet across twelve structures. Once complete, the project will create 62 apartments, including 33 three-bedroom and 29 four-bedroom units. Parking will be included for 145 cars across garages and on-street spaces.
KTGY Group is overseeing the design. Renderings show a familiar set of townhouse multi-unit structures. The exteriors will be wrapped in a contemporary-style facade, featuring stucco, fiber-cement siding, and stone veneer. The Guzzardo Partnership is responsible for the landscape architecture.

The 3.6-acre property is along East Bayshore Road, across from a four-leaf clover intersection on 101 and near the 145-unit townhouse development approved for 2100-2400 Geng Road. The initial plans invoke Senate Bill 330 to streamline the approval process. The estimated timeline has yet to be shared.
