Development permits are under review seeking the approval of two seven- story office buildings with retail space at 200 West Washington Avenue, Sunnyvale. The project proposal includes the construction of two office buildings with flex spaces, parking and shared services. Gensler is managing the design concepts and construction of the project.
The project site is a 156,380 square-foot lot. The total area proposed for the office buildings is 499,800 square feet. The buildings will feature retail space on the ground floor spanning over 50,900 square feet in total. The area reserved for flex space is 22,105 square feet and 37,415 square feet for shared services. The office complex will also offer two levels of below-grade parking.
Named as Cityline Building, the facades are expressed in architecture style composed of terracotta infill panels, precast concrete, laminated, and insulated glazing.
A vesting tentative map has been submitted to allow modifications to lot line locations and creation of commercial condominium spaces. The estimated date of project completion has not been announced yet.
The property is located in Heritage District and is surrounded by various retail stores, restaurants, and recreational spaces.
