Development plans have been submitted for review to construct twelve units at 6130 Lemon Hill Avenue in Southeastern Sacramento. The development will line single-family homes in a narrow and roughly 1.5-acre land. Lemon Hill Properties Corp. is listed as the property owner.
The residences will each incorporate two floors, having roughly 1,500 to 3,000 square feet per residence. The development of 12 houses is a reduced size from the initial plan to build 14 homes.
Aras Design & Construction is responsible for preparing the architecture. Roseville-based Landscape Design Solution is behind the landscape architecture, focusing on native plants with low water demand. Trees to be planted include maple, strawberry, redbud, and Saratoga Bay trees.
Construction is expected to cost $2.95 million, averaging $245,800 per unit. Estimated construction costs can vary from the final development cost and may not include all expenses. Lemon Hill Properties purchased the site in early 2018 for $200,000.
