Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project at 3600 Laguna Avenue in Dimond District, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of condominiums on a vacant lot.
Greencycle LLC is the project applicant.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area go 6,282 square feet. The project proposes the development of multi-level four residences spanning an area of 5,408 square feet. The building will yield gross footage of 3,133 square feet. A parking garage with a capacity of four cars will be built on the site. Two bicycle parking spaces will also be allotted on the site. The building facade will rise to a height of thirty feet.
The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
The property site is in a neighborhood centered on the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard and Fruitvale Avenue in East Avenue. The property will be located in a residential area, surrounding other single-family and multi-family residences.
