Building permits have been filed for 350 Chastain Place, a seven-story residential building in Gateway Crossings, Santa Clara. The 407-unit permit is for the first building in Gateway Crossings, a five-structure proposal with housing, retail, public open space, and a new hotel across from the San Jose International Airport and Santa Clara Caltrain/future BART Station. Holland Partner Group is responsible for the development after leasing the property from Hunter Properties.

City Reviewing Phase One of Gateway Crossing at 1205 Coleman Avenue, Santa Clara

The Santa Clara Development Review hearing to be held later today is expected to approve action on phase one of the Gateway Crossing project at 1205 Coleman Avenue, Santa Clara. The project aims to build a significant residential hub adjacent to Caltrain’s Santa Clara Station, the San Jose city border, and the San Jose International Airport. Holland Partner Group is responsible for the development.

Renderings Revealed For Mixed-Use Project, Gateway Crossings, At 1205 Coleman Avenue, Santa Clara

Permits were filed seeking the approval of a new five-story mixed-use building on 1205 Coleman Avenue in Santa Clara. The project proposal includes constructing a multi-family apartment complex that will also offer retail space and amenities. A two-story above-grade parking garage is also included.

Hunter Storm and Holland Partner Group have teamed up to develop the massive project. MVE+Partners Inc is managing the construction. TOD Brokaw LLC is the proper owner.
