JS Sullivan Development is responsible for the project.
1580 Pacific Avenue
Construction work is moving forward for 1580 Pacific Avenue, a six-story development rising on the northwest edge of Nob Hill, San Francisco. The project started by demolishing an existing commercial structure and surface parking. The new building will create 53 new homes, designed by San Francisco-based RG Architecture.
Permits have been filed for construction of a new six-story building on 2030 Polk Street, Nob Hill in San Francisco. The proposal includes demolishing the existing one-story commercial building to make way for the 65-feet high residential-commercial building with 53 residential units.
