The updated proposal uses the recently passed San Francisco Family Zoning Plan to allow additional units within a larger six-story structure. Larkspur-based Paul Kraaijvanger of Real Equity Group One is listed as the property owner, filing through Equity Six LLC.
Preliminary permits have been filed for a five-story apartment complex at 2 Crestline Drive within the Twin Peaks neighborhood of San Francisco. Initial plans call for replacing the oddly shaped corner lot with a nine-unit complex. James Keith is responsible for the application.

The property could accommodate hundreds of new apartments and nearly double the office space next to the proposed Parkline masterplan, and be less than half a mile from a potential new skyscraper at 80 Willow Road. Presidio Bay Ventures is responsible for the application.
