Increased plans have surfaced for a residential infill at 1728 Larkin Street in San Francisco’s Nob Hill neighborhood. The updated proposal uses the recently passed San Francisco Family Zoning Plan to allow additional units within a larger six-story structure. Larkspur-based Paul Kraaijvanger of Real Equity Group One is listed as the property owner, filing through Equity Six LLC.

Presidio Bay Plans Mixed-Use Redevelopment of Former USGS Campus, Menlo Park

Detailed plans have been published for the mixed-use redevelopment of the former United States Geological Survey offices at 345 Middlefield Road in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The property could accommodate hundreds of new apartments and nearly double the office space next to the proposed Parkline masterplan, and be less than half a mile from a potential new skyscraper at 80 Willow Road. Presidio Bay Ventures is responsible for the application.
