The proposal includes demolishing the existing one-story commercial building to make way for the 65-feet high residential-commercial building with 53 residential units. RG Architecture is responsible for the design.
Recently filed excavation permits show new movement for the 193-unit residential development planned for 65 Ocean Avenue in Mission Terrace, San Francisco. 48 units will be sold as affordable housing. The six-story building takes shape on top of a sloped irregularly shaped 40,500 square foot parcel. Presidio Bay Ventures is responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed to erect a 40-foot tall industrial building at 10 Heron Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The scope of work includes demolishing a 1-story industrial building and replacing it with a 4-story mixed-use building. The construction will consist of commercial space on the ground floor, eleven residential units, and on-ground parking for two automobiles. RG Architecture is managing the project.
A sizeable multifamily project is under construction at 555 Golden Gate Avenue in Civic Center, Downtown San Francisco. The project, named “Elevant,” will stand 11 floors tall, providing 55 residential units. Developed by JS Sullivan, residents of the future tower will enjoy various amenities, like access to a roof deck, furnished lobby, and a barbecue grill. Residential parking will be offered on-site, with vehicle stackers used to maximize space. All residential units will be condos.
