New details have been published for the six-story mixed-use infill at 2201 San Pablo Avenue in Southwest Berkeley, Alameda County. The project will create 65 apartments, using the state density bonus program to increase residential capacity and designate six as affordable housing units. Principal architect of IFR, Ian F.
