Plans are under review for The Gateway, a proposal for two mixed-use structures on opposing sides of Stockton Boulevard in Oak Park, Sacramento. The proposal will create 228 new homes with ground-level retail and amenities just south of the UC Davis Medical Health Center and plans for Aggie Square. LOHA Architects is responsible for the design.
New building permits have been filed to construct over 200 apartments at 4601 10th Avenue and 3441 Stockton Boulevard, just south of the billion-dollar Aggie Square proposal in Sacramento. The construction would line the Stockton Boulevard thoroughfare at the neighborhood border of Tahoe Park and Oak Park. Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects is responsible for the design.
Entitlement permits have been filed for a substantial multi-family building at 4625 10th Avenue in Oak Park, Sacramento. The permits describe a 115,854 square foot structure, yielding 130 units. Turton Commercial Real Estate is responsible for the sale of the property.
