Construction Underway For Oddstad Elementary School Redevelopment, Pacifica

Construction is now underway, with a recently approved $39 million contract to complete phase one of the residential redevelopment at the former Oddstad Elementary School site in Pacifica, San Mateo County. The property had been vacant for over two decades after the school’s closure. Crews are now expecting the first 45 units to finish next year, offering affordable housing dedicated to Pacifica School District workforce employees.

Housing Approved for 930 Oddstad Boulevard in Pacifica, San Mateo County

New plans have been approved by the City Council for low-density housing at 930 Oddstad Boulevard in Pacifica, San Mateo County. The plan will replace a long-closed elementary school with 70 homes, including eleven affordable housing units. Brookwood Equities is the project applicant.

A new residential project has been proposed on the site located at 930 Oddstad Boulevard in Park Pacifica. The project proposal includes the development of a residential project with affordable housing units and onsite amenities. Plans call for the demolition of the existing non-operational elementary school, Oddstad Elementary School, on the site. M-Group is the project consultant. Brookwood Group is the project applicant.
