Raney Planning and Management is responsible for compiling the new report. In terms of ownership, the development area is divided between the City of Pacifica and private property.

Preliminary Plans For Pacifica Quarry Residential Redevelopment, San Mateo County

Preliminary plans have been filed for Coastal Crest Residences, a potential residential redevelopment of the Pacifica Quarry Site by Rockaway Beach. The builder’s remedy-assisted application looks to create a new residential neighborhood of over a thousand affordable units pushed back from the San Mateo County coastline. The project is a joint venture led by Paul Heule’s Michigan-based company, Eenhoorn.

Accommodations Planned On the Site of Oddstad Elementary School In Pacifica

A new residential project has been proposed on the site located at 930 Oddstad Boulevard in Park Pacifica. The project proposal includes the development of a residential project with affordable housing units and onsite amenities. Plans call for the demolition of the existing non-operational elementary school, Oddstad Elementary School, on the site. M-Group is the project consultant. Brookwood Group is the project applicant.
