The City of San Jose has published the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Five Wounds Urban Village Plan in San Jose, Santa Clara County. The report seeks to consolidate four existing plans into the larger vision, including the existing Five Wounds Urban Village, the Roosevelt Park Urban Village, Little Portugal Urban Village, and the 24th & William Urban Village. The rezoning would allow over 8,000 units across a high-density mixed-use area, including structures up to 270 feet.

A preliminary application has been filed seeking the approval of a mixed-use project at 934 East Santa Clara Street in San Jose. The project proposal includes the development of a six-story mixed-use building offering residential and commercial space. The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.44 acres. The project proposes the development of a mixed-use structure offering 99 residential units and commercial space spanning an area of 2,500 square feet.
