Documents Filed The DePaul Residences Project in Morgan Hill

New documents have been filed with CEQA compiling the required environmental studies for a nearly 16-acre site located near the intersection of Cochrane Road and DePaul Drive in Morgan Hill. The developer High Street Residential is proposing to fill the currently vacant site with 114 individual lots, to be used primarily as single-family residences, with community open spaces. The Environmental Impact Report submitted to CEQA marks an important early step in the project’s eventual development.

A Special Planning Commission Meeting has been scheduled for tonight to review plans for a six-story residential infill at 959 El Camino Real in Millbrae, San Mateo County. The project will replace a single-story commercial structure and surface parking with 278 homes and 349 parking spaces, with some affordable housing. High Street Residential is the project applicant and owner.
