New plans have been filed with a minor residential capacity increase for 419 4th Street in Oakland, Alameda County. The revisions will not increase the size or design of the eight-story building, rising in the city’s waterfront Jack London Square neighborhood. Smart Growth is the project owner.
Funding to support the construction is expected soon for 4898 El Camino Real in Los Altos. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story multi-family residential project. Development permits have been approved for the construction of a five-story residential infill at 459 Wayne Avenue in Cleveland Heights, Oakland. The project has increased in size from 17 to 20 new homes, of which four will be affordable. Larson Shores Architects is responsible for the design.
